The ELMS Test & Trial, based on peer-to-peer learning is a fantastic opportunity to help shape policy and build a positive, resilient future for farming. It offers a highly collaborative experience with free support and mentoring to help farmers implement more sustainable, resilient farming through Integrated Farm Management (IFM). The project will play an important role in helping inform the role of peer-to-peer learning in Defra policy for ELMS
